We are thrilled to share some exciting news from this week’s Tennessee Association of Home Care (TAHC) Annual Conference! Please join us in congratulating Rachel Beal, Branch Operations Manager for Silver Angels of Tennessee – Servier, LLC, on being awarded the Award for Excellence in Home Care Leadership. This prestigious honor recognizes individuals who demonstrate extraordinary leadership in enhancing the quality of home care across Tennessee.

Rachel was one of only three individuals statewide to receive an award at this year’s conference—and, notably, she is the first Silver Angels stakeholder to receive one of these distinguished honors.

The Award for Excellence in Home Care Leadership celebrates leaders who excel in areas such as:

• Teamwork and staff relations
• Coordination and delivery of patient care
• Public relations and community engagement
• Agency management including financial and human resources
• Participation in special events
