Jeanette Gamble Named Highly Qualified Caregiver of the Year at the 2025 Silver Angels Fall Conference
November 26, 2025 — At the 2025 Silver Angels Fall Conference, Silver Angels CEO Steve Fleming, Director of Operations Michelle Barry, and CFO Tony Greenwell announced Jeanette Gamble, Home Care Aide at Silver Angels of Tennessee – Carter, LLC, as the organization’s Highly Qualified Caregiver of the Year.
The Highly Qualified Caregiver Program honors Home Care Aides who consistently exceed performance expectations and embody the spirit of true servant leadership. These caregivers demonstrate exceptional commitment whether working independently or as part of a team. Their compassion, dedication, and influence elevate those around them, reflecting the Sacred Seven values: compassion, integrity, accountability, positivity, respect, teamwork, and being heroic.
Jeanette joined Silver Angels in 2015 and proudly celebrated her 10-year anniversary with the organization this year. Her supervisors speak highly of her impact, sharing, “Jeanette exceeds every expectation that is put in front of her. When she trains new Home Care Aides, she shows them how to care safely and with compassion, accountability, understanding, and guidance. She will cover any shift for a client who needs help, even on her days off, because she never wants a client to go without.”
