Silver Angels of Tennessee - Greene, LLC

My name is Amy Hawk. I am the Assistant Branch Operations Manager at Silver Angels Tennessee – Greene, LLC. I started with Silver Angels in May 2020. I worked as a Pharmacy Technician and then moved into a Retail Management career. In 2015 I made the move into Home Care and have been working in various positions over the last 5 years.

Branch Operations Manager

Silver Angels of Tennessee - Sevier, LLC

Hello, my name is Jaclyn Ketterman. I am the Branch Operations Manager at Silver Angels of Tennessee – Sevier, LLC . We service Sevier, Blount, Jefferson, Cocke and surrounding counties. I have been with Silver Angels for 2 years. Joining Silver Angels has been a blessing to my life, and I love what I do! My career in healthcare was inspired by watching my mother run a critical care unit for over 38 years and taking care of our family, showing compassion and serving with a servant’s heart. My journey began by working in a level 1 trauma unit for years and Scheduling with a Home Health Agency; I have always had a passion for healthcare and being able to keep loved ones at home with their families. I worked one on one as a caregiver for a medical home health for years and I had the opportunity to learn from a caregiver’s point of view. Then, five years ago my father suffered from medical conditions that left him with a traumatic brain injury. He became complete total care. After 3 years in critical cares and advanced therapy we made the decision as a family to care for him in the comfort of our home. Caring for him in the home those three years was a blessing from God it gave me even more of an understanding of the comfort one feels at home being with family and being their voice. That’s when I developed a true passion for home care and a respect for those that provide that care. I love what I do because I know God has given me a chance to serve others anyway I can and give hope.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, riding horses, hiking, going to the lake, and anything outdoors. I have been blessed to serve our clients, families, and stakeholders at Silver Angels of Sevier and I strive every day to have a servant’s heart.

Michelle Green

Michelle Green

Branch Operations Manager

Silver Angels of Tennessee - Carter, LLC

Hi, my name is Michelle Green. I have been with Silver Angels for 10 years. I am the Branch Operations Manager for Silver Angels of Tennessee – Carter, LLC. We service Johnson, Carter, Sullivan, Washington and Unicoi counties.

After graduating from Johnson County High school in 1999, I attended Tennessee Tech University where I completed a 2-year degree in Business Administration. During this time, I worked as the assistant store manager in a local retail store in my home town. I supervised 20 employees and processed all invoices for billing in that location.

I married Stephen Green in 2000, and in 2006 we were blessed by the birth of our daughter. I have a love for Christmas, I enjoy Christmas all year round. I enjoy going to church, spending time with my family and spending time with my daughter on the ball court during Volleyball and Basketball seasons. I have a passion for helping those in need. Two things that are very dear to my heart are those who fight diabetes daily and cancer patients, lung cancer in particular. There are so many foundations out there that help assist those in need especially in these particular areas.

In 2008 I joined the Signature HealthCare team at Mountain City and shortly after moved over to the HCBS program which is now Silver Angels. We were located at the nursing home in Mountain City, and later moved our office to Carter County. Silver Angels has taught me so much about our communities. Never did I know all the history tucked away in our small community! Those who we are blessed to serve have shared so many beautiful stories that have touched each of us . I am thankful for the opportunity to tell their stories in the years to come. This is just one of the reasons I enjoy being part of this team, it is so rewarding. My grandmother was a client of Silver Angels, I am so thankful for the love and compassion that her caregivers provided to her at home. This allowed us to enjoy her at home until God called her home.

Please feel free to call if you have questions about how our wonderful team at Silver Angels can serve you or your loved ones. We look forward to speaking with you!
