About Jaclyn
Hello, my name is Jaclyn Vest. I am the Branch Operations Manager at Silver Angels of Tennessee – Carter, LLC. I have been with Silver Angels since June of 2018. Joining Silver Angels has been a blessing to my life, and I love what I do! My career in healthcare was inspired by watching my mother run a critical care unit for over 38 years and taking care of our family, showing compassion and serving with a servant’s heart. My journey began by working in a level 1 trauma unit for years and Scheduling with a Home Health Agency; I have always had a passion for healthcare and being able to keep loved ones at home with their families. I worked one on one as a caregiver for a medical home health for years and I had the opportunity to learn from a caregiver’s point of view. Then, five years ago my father suffered from medical conditions that left him with a traumatic brain injury. He became complete total care. After 3 years in critical cares and advanced therapy we made the decision as a family to care for him in the comfort of our home. Caring for him in the home those three years was a blessing from God it gave me even more of an understanding of the comfort one feels at home being with family and being their voice. That’s when I developed a true passion for home care and a respect for those that provide that care. I love what I do because I know God has given me a chance to serve others anyway I can and give hope.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, riding horses, hiking, going to the lake, and anything outdoors. I have been blessed to serve our clients, families, and stakeholders at Silver Angels of Carter and I strive every day to have a servant’s heart.

About Rachel
Hello, my name is Rachel Beal. After a 3-year absence, I returned to Silver Angels as Branch Operations Manager at Silver Angels of Tennessee – Sevier, LLC in June 2022.
Prior to returning in June of 2022, I was fortunate enough to follow other avenues that allowed me more time to enjoy with my husband and 2 teenage sons, as well as be a mentor for the youth in our area. Since my return, I have been familiarizing myself with any new processes that may have been implemented, as well as growing relationships within our community. This was an easy transition to make, after spending 7 years and holding various roles within the agency it felt like coming home.
Outside of work, I enjoy camping, hiking, and being on the lake as often as possible. My sons keep life busy and entertaining, so my husband and I are enjoying watching every second we get of watching them grow up and become amazing young men. Family is a major part of who I am, and I am so blessed that I have been given the opportunity to return to my work family.

About Ashley
Hello, my name is Ashley Jolly. I am the Branch Operations Manager at Silver Angels of Tennessee – Putnam, LLC. We service Putnam, Clay, Fentress, Overton, Jackson, Pickett, Cumberland, White, DeKalb, Morgan, Anderson, Roane, Loudon, Rhea, Meigs and surrounding counties.
I am a 2004 graduate of Rockwood High School where I attended for 4 years. During my time in high school, I developed a dream of becoming a nurse; I enjoyed the thought of caring for others. In 2007, my dream came true as I walked onto the stage to receive my Licensed Practical Nursing diploma from Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Harriman.
I was a cardiology nurse for 8 years prior to coming to Silver Angels. In November of 2017, I became the Branch Operations Manager with Silver Angels of Tennessee – Roane, LLC.
In 2018, I was introduced to an advisory board and mentoring program with the College, Career, and Technical Education program. I was part of the advisory board where I mentored high school Anatomy, Health Science, and Medical Terminology instructors. I was introduced to high school nursing concentrations and assisted in proctoring for qualifications in the regional and state conferences, later leading to the National Leadership with HOSA in public speaking.
When I am not working, I am a full-time mother of two energetic children and wife to a devoted, loving husband, father, and leader of our family. We spend our time on the ball fields/courts, family gatherings, and civic & community events. We strive as a family to be the best and achieve any and all goals we set for ourselves. The 6 C’s of nursing not only applies to my work life, but my family life as well.

About Macy
I joined the Silver Angels family in May 2023 as Branch Operations Manager for Silver Angels of Tennessee – Montgomery, LLC. I have worked in the healthcare field since 2018 and have enjoyed all my experiences. I plan to continue my career in healthcare and appreciate the opportunity to grow in the home care field specifically. When I am not at work, I am spending time with my young son; we love to be outdoors and visit new places together. He is my heart and soul!
As Branch Operations Manager of the Montgomery branch, my goal is to get to know all clients and stakeholders. I feel that it is my life purpose to help people and strive daily for that to reflect in my work ethic.

Hello, my name is D.J. Sircar and I am the Branch Operations Manager at Silver Angels of Tennessee – Sumner, LLC. I joined the Silver Angels family in January of 2024, and I am thrilled to be returning home to Tennessee from Orlando, FL. I come to Silver Angels with 14 years of experience as a Practice Administrator for healthcare facilities. I have a passion for helping others & am excited to see how I will be able to contribute to the well-being and happiness of our cherished clients & our phenomenal caregivers.
In my leisure time, I love spending time with my family, friends, and pets. I enjoy traveling the world with my husband, children, parents, siblings, and nephews. I am a proud military family member & I support our nation’s heroes. Faith plays a pivotal role in my life, and I am also a Stand Up to Cancer/Breast Cancer Awareness advocate and an animal lover. I look forward to helping you with your in-home care needs!
