Rachel Beal Earns Silver Angels Champion Honor for Second Consecutive Year at the 2025 Silver Angels Fall Conference

During the 2025 Silver Angels Fall Conference, Silver Angels CEO Steve Fleming and CFO Tony Greenwell recognized Rachel Beal of Silver Angels of Tennessee – Sevier, LLC as a Silver Angels Champion for the second year in a row.

The Champion Program recognizes branch leaders who exceed the expectations of their role and consistently uphold the organization’s highest standards. Champions embody servant leadership and model the Sacred Seven values: compassion, integrity, accountability, positivity, respect, teamwork, and “be heroic”. Silver Angels proudly celebrates these leaders and extends sincere appreciation for their service to others.

Rachel began her journey with Silver Angels in 2012 as a Home Care Aide. From 2012 through 2019, she advanced through roles including Scheduler and Branch Operations Manager. After a brief period away from the company, Rachel returned in June 2022 as Branch Operations Manager, and in November 2025, she was promoted to Director of Systems and Compliance. Her unwavering dedication to Silver Angels, along with her commitment to caregivers, clients, and operational excellence, sets a remarkable example for the entire organization.
