On June 14, 2022, Tennessee Association of Home Care’s President-Elect and CEO of Vanderbilt Home Care Services, Kerry Gillihan, named Deanna Kreiser of Silver Angels of Tennessee – Montgomery, LLC winner of the Excellence in Home Care Administration for Middle Tennessee award.  The award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated extraordinary service in an administrative position within a home care company.

Deanna, single mother of 3, joined the Silver Angels team as a Caregiver in 2019 and quickly rose through the ranks.  Deanna says “I am passionate about the people we help, and the relationships I have built with our Caregivers. My mom has MS and I know one day she may need services like ours.  I strive to treat each client with the empathy and compassion I have for my mom and I encourage the best from all our Caregivers.”

“Silver Angels strives to coach, nurture and train each employee so they can grow with us and within our industry.  It has been exciting to watch Deanna grow from her start as a Caregiver and into various roles as she moved up the ladder into her current Scheduling and HR Coordinator position.   It’s wonderful to see her recognized for her work, and her work ethic, by an organization like TAHC” says Steve Fleming, CEO of Silver Angels of Tennessee, LLC.

Jennifer Tomblin, Branch Operations Manager at Silver Angels of Tennessee – Montgomery, LLC says “Deanna and I have worked together for 3 years, and I am thankful to have her on my team.   She is passionate about her work, and it shows in everything she does.   Whenever you need a helping hand, she jumps in without skipping a beat; it’s great to have a team member who works well with everyone and wants to see us succeed and grow.   I am excited to watch her continue to excel with Silver Angels!”
