Kim Knight Honored as Silver Angels Champion for Third Consecutive Year at 2025 Silver Angels Fall Conference

December 2, 2025 — At the 2025 Silver Angels Fall Conference, Silver Angels CEO Steve Fleming and CFO Tony Greenwell recognized Kim Knight of Silver Angels of Tennessee – Sumner, LLC as the recipient of the Silver Angels Champion Award for the third year in a row.

The Champion Program honors branch leadership professionals who consistently exceed expectations in their roles. Champions represent the highest standards within the organization, serving as role models who embody servant leadership and live out the organization’s Sacred Seven values: compassion, integrity, accountability, positivity, respect, teamwork, and “be heroic.” Silver Angels leadership expressed pride in this year’s Champions and gratitude for their exceptional service to others.

Kim Knight’s career with Silver Angels began in 2012 as a Home Care Aide. She was promoted to Lead Caregiver in 2019, Office Assistant in 2020, and soon after stepped into the HR Specialist role. In 2021, she advanced again to become the Branch Scheduling Coordinator, a position she continues to hold today. Also, Kim volunteers additional support to the team as needed, further demonstrating her commitment to Silver Angels, its caregivers, and its clients.
