On November 19th, Silver Angels of Tennessee, LLC CEO Steve Fleming, VP of Operations Robin McDonald and CFO Tony Greenwell named Kim Knight of Silver Angels of Tennessee – Sumner, LLC winner of the Silver Angels Champions award, for the 2nd year in a row.  The Champions Program is our way of recognizing the Branch Leadership for exceeding the expectations of their position. Our Champions achieve the highest standard within our organization and are role models that demonstrate servant leadership and exhibit our Sacred Seven (compassion, integrity, accountability, positivity, respect, teamwork and be heroic). We are so proud of their accomplishments and appreciate their service to others.

Kim Knight began her career with us in 2012 as a Home Care Aide. In 2019, she was promoted into a Lead Caregiver position and in 2020, she was promoted into an Office Assistant position. She soon became the HR Specialist and in 2021, she was again promoted into the Branch Scheduling Coordinator role. She continues to serve our Sumner branch in this role today. During our search for a Branch Operations Manager, Kim offered additional assistance and support, proving her continued dedication to Silver Angels, our caregivers and our clients.

Robin McDonald, VP of Operations for Silver Angels of Tennessee, LLC states, “Kim is very compassionate and dedicated to her team. She loves engaging with her staff and clients to better understand and serve their needs. Kim will always jump in to help and give support in other areas of need within her team and others. Having Kim and the ambition she brings is an asset to our team.”
